At Avika Luxe, we take pride in delivering your favorite styles to your doorstep with care.
1. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is carefully processed, printed, and packed within 3–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Your delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Remote Areas (Northeast, J&K, etc.): 7–9 business days
⏱️ Total estimated delivery window: 5–9 business days from the date of order.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Prepaid orders usually have lower shipping fees than Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Delivery Attempts & Returns

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

In case of damaged or tampered packages, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately.
5. Reporting Issues

Any issue with delivery (damaged items, missing items, incorrect products) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos/video as proof.

For failed deliveries marked as “delivered” (but not received), please report to us within 24 hours.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may have additional handling charges.

If a COD order is returned undelivered, the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
7. Refunds for Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or returned due to courier error, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
