1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team at support@avika.co.in or calling us at +91 7060508045 or +91 9818423253. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return process below.
1.2 Automatic Cancellation
In rare cases, Avika may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, there is a payment issue, or other unforeseen circumstances arise. We will notify you by email if this occurs, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or sale restrictions. Please check product pages for return eligibility.
2.2 Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@avika.co.in with your order details.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our support team.
- Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
2.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2.4 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide their bank account details for a direct transfer refund. Please include your account name, account number, IFSC code, and bank branch.
2.5 Deductions
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as outlined in the Return Process above. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item.
