Return & Refund Policy – Avika Luxe

At Avika Luxe, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygienic reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Innerwear & lingerie

    • Socks

    • Accessories (caps, jewelry, masks)

2. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method – will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Store Credit / Gift Card – instant credit to use for your next Avika Luxe purchase.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed on eligible products, subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or opt for store credit.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products bought on Clearance / Sale are final and not eligible for return/refund.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Damaged, used, or altered products will not be accepted.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us at aviralagrawal017@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at aviralagrawal017@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item), return shipping is free.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, dislike, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
